Jaiden Williams is the Dayspring Christian Church (DCC) Youth Ministry Director. Alongside his wife Janae, he leads the L.I.V.E. Encounter Youth Ministry.

Over the year’s Jaiden and Janae have served as volunteers in ministry at DCC while maturating into the leaders they are today via the mentorship they received (as a teen) through the DCC youth ministry.

Jaiden is a testament of love and purposeful intention who has grown into a true servant-leader. Jaiden’s vision for L.I.V.E. Encounter Youth Ministry, is to see the Spirit of God move radically in the lives of the youth, just like he and Janae had experienced when they were teens.

As such Jaiden, passionately endeavors to cultivate a dynamic and authentic environment where teens can experience a life-changing encountering with God.

Whenever Jaiden isn’t conducting LIVE Encounter, he’s busy studying towards a Masters of Divinity (in Counseling), spending time with his family and playing on PS4.

Jaiden and Janae have recently welcomed their first child, a beautiful baby girl, into their newly expanded Williams family.
