Pastor Jermaine Spence serves as the Dayspring Christian Church (DCC) Young Adult Ministry leader. With over 10 years in Youth and Young adults community development programs, Pastor Jermaine is dedicated to impacting the lives of the next generation with practical biblical teaching and authentic meaningful connection. 

His experience in the field of mental health and addictions make him well suited to create a safe Christ-centered environment for young adults to heal, grow and thrive.

When Pastor Jermaine isn’t connecting with the DCC Young Adults, he is focused on fitness, working with adults males that have special rehabilitation needs, and cheering on his beloved Toronto Raptors.

Pastor Jermaine and his lovely wife Marlene have been married for over 15 years, and they have three children.
